Request Food

We provide food for initiatives that help students stay happy and healthy.
Examples of this could include:

  • Free fruit baskets for offices to give away fruit to student visitors.
  • Free snack bags for group/class trips.
  • Free sliced fruit/veggies for intramural sport teams on game days.
  • Snack platters for student group meetings/events.
  • Free bananas for inebriated and sober students leaving the pub.
  • Free breakfast bars for a class right before a test.


We also partner with local organizations to provide more elaborate food for charitable initiatives.


Do you need food for an initiative? Does it help students be happy/healthy? Send your idea to Fed Up’s Food Outreach Coordinator; Email Cera ( and she’ll work with you to see if its possible and to make it happen.


PS- Please note. We do not cater meals for events held on campus.
Event organizers looking for catering on campus should go through Isaacs or Sodexo.


The Process to Arrange Food

  • Submit Request
  • We’ll follow up with you within 1-2 business days
  • We’ll confirm 72 hours before the event that everything is ready to go.
  • Food Pick-Up/Delivery
  • We’ll follow up with you to make sure everything is okay with the order
